How is support handled? Do you work with some other companies that can handle support for SDC?

Our standard support is handled through email with a turnaround time of no more than 72 hours, available Monday – Friday 8-5 CT. We also have an optional paid support package for $1875; that includes 5 major incidences up to 4 hours each. These major issues usually are addressed using GoToMeetings and conference calls. You can either buy the support package upfront, or when you are in need. Generally, the support package will be rolled over from year to year. If you decide to purchase up front, never use any incidents, and feel like you will never need it; we can credit the $1875 over to your next years balance.
